Hitting All the Right Notes
Singer and performer, Sonia Ndongmo is no stranger to the spotlight.
However, while growing-up in her community, the opportunities to develop
her musical talents were scarce. Today, with many successes under her belt
Sonia has decided to fulfill her vision of creating a place where young
musicians can showcase their natural talents. Push Music Industry Arts is the
result of this vision, a place where young stars are born and careers take flight.
The Ottawa Community Loan Fund saw the value in Sonia’s dream and
granted a loan through the Canadian Youth Business Foundation. This not
only helped Sonia cover her start-up costs but also matched her with a
qualified business mentor, giving her the extra support needed to become
a successful entrepreneur.
