UNCAPPED (Social Finance for Social Enterprise)

 

Services:

UNCAPPED is a social financing program led by Ottawa’s Centre for Social Enterprise Development (CSED) that seeks to provide social enterprises with the appropriate grant, debt and hybrid financing options to support their growth. UNCAPPED is designed to overcome funding barriers and gaps faced by social enterprises at various stages of development and with diverse legal structures.

Social enterprise development coaching was offered by CSED (Centre for Social Enterprise Development) and mécènESS.

Social Enterprise Demonstration Fund: an initiative to provide growth financing for Ontario-based social enterprises. The Social Enterprise Demonstration Fund helps social entrepreneurs/enterprises who are tackling Ontario’s most pressing social and environmental issues, and creating jobs.

            • Conseil de la coopération de l’Ontario (CCO) provides education, promotion, coordination and advisory services to Ontario Francophone cooperatives and social enterprises.
